We deliver to mainland France (including Corsica) as well as Monaco, Andorre and European Union countries.

HOW LONG ARE YOUR DELIVERY TIMES ?

All items sold on houseinmay.com are in stock and ready for dispatch. For orders placed before 12 am, we will dispatch your parcel on the same day. Parcels are delivered by 2-3 days for France and 2-5 days for European union.

Relevant postage and packing costs are detailed in the table above.Your order tracking number will be sent by email once your parcel has been passed to the courier. By clicking on it, you can access an interface enabling you to track the progress of your parcel. Your parcel number is also available in your personnal space My account / my orders.

Delivery time : 2 to 7 working days maximum from the date when the order was placed.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I'M NOT IN WHEN THE DELIVERY ARRIVES ?

If the order recipient is not in at the delivery address, your parcel will be left at the postal contact point and a note will be left in your letterbox indicating the details.

Your parcel will be kept at the postal contact point for a period of 15 calendar days, counting from the day after the note was left.

After this time, the parcel will be returned to us.If the time limit expiring is your fault (for example, the delivery address you provided was incorrect, or you have not been to collect the parcel within the 15-day limit) you will be responsible for the cost of returning the parcel.

 

IS THERE A HAND DELIVERY OPTION?

It is possible to hand deliver your parcel. After placed your order and choose the hand delivery option, we will fix an e mail appointment.

HOW DO I RETURN GOODS ?

Counting from the date your order is received, you have 14 (fourteen) working days during which you can return the products you ordered. 

  1.         You have to contact us by mail: contact@houseinmay.com for return the goods.After reception, we will provide you a return number by e mail. Without this returns number, the return will not be accepted by House in May.
  1.         Products must be returned in their original packaging, with their labels intact and any accessories included, in perfect condition for re-sale. They must not therefore have been used, washed or damaged. The returns address is : House in May   191, rue des Pyrénées – 75020 Paris  - FRANCE
  1.         House in May doesn’t take responsibility for any loss of products during transporting returns, we would advise you to send all your returns by registered post with acknowledgement of receipt, without which we will be unable to refund the cost of the items. 

The Customer is exclusively responsible for the cost of returning items.  

In case of a return for default reason, the total amount of the items returned, including VAT, will be refunded (including delivery charges).

Your refund will take effect within fourteen (14) days of receiving the items. You will be refunded by crediting the bank account or method of payment used for your payment.

Payments by postal order, cheque, bank transfer or administrative payment order are not accepted. VISA ELECTRON and MASTERCARD MAESTRO cards are not accepted as payment on our website.

Yes, payment is 100% secure. Transactions carried out on www.houseinmay.com are secured by our partner Atos origin payment system.All information communicated in order to process payment is encoded using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol.

This data cannot be detected, intercepted or used by any third party, not will it be retained on our IT systems.When you are asked to insert your credit card number, you can check that you are in a secure zone by using your browser.

These zones can be identified by an address beginning with https, and include a locked padlock or key icon at the bottom of your browser. For your security, Atos origin checks that the connection with your browser is secure before sending your financial information.

WILL MY CARD DETAILS BE RETAINED ?

No card details are stored on our website. Your card details are entered directly onto the secure server hosted by our technical and financial partner, Atos origin. The card details you give us, encrypted on your own computer, will never circulate without encryption on the internet.
